The word "to" is missing there:
Please replace the disc in the drive a blank disc. -> Please replace the disc in the drive to a blank disc.

I translated as if the word "to" is already when I translated to Hebrew

Also, Hebrew has been updated, please commit to SVN

I couldn't find the upstream bug tracker
Is it an official GNOME package?

Seems so. It uses bugs.gnome.org as bug tracker (in the application
select box, it's under "Other").

I don't think this is going to be fixed in a Stable Release Update, so I'm closing it.
