move oauth-login.log to the xdg cache log location

Bug Description

I installed the jaunty client, and now have a directory ~/.ubuntuone_log/. Chances are that I (as an user) never want to look at those, and the files get quite big very fast. Thus they now clutter my backup.

Please consider storing them in ~/.cache/ubuntuone-storage/log/.

Thanks!

Hi! I thought this was on the roadmap already, but I don't see a bug referring to oauth-login.log. I forget who handles that bit of code, could you re-triage to them?
