Bug Description
first issue. when you go to k menu and press left click and go to the menu editor the taskbar freezes and you can`t access by clicking over the active buttons over te taskbar, this also happens when yo type "sudo dolphin" to acces to the dolphin browser as root.
second issue. the "restart button" "power off button" don`t do anything. you have to power off the pc by terminal or with the power button of the computer.
