"Insert tag" button should focus the text view

Bug Description
- Open a task from the treeview
- Note that the text view is NOT focused
- Click on the "Insert tag" button
- A '@' is added in the textview
- Start to type the name of your tag
- Nothing is displayed because the textview is still not focused
