won't eject cd after cd copy, but copies successfully.

I have a similar problem on Karmic: at the end of copying a CD in k3b, the new copy is ejected, but when I then close the tray, the disk does not respond to the eject button again until I reset the system.

My problem went away after upgrading to Lucid.
