Bug Description
GtkNotebook should accept DnD as an "add" type - when a valid picture is dropped, it should open a new tab in the current session.
That way you can just drag pictures into shutter and they'll open.

Hmm, I think it should be re-considered.
The Shutter 0.80 is coming, it is more powerful than ever. I try to use Shutter to edit some external pictures, but I have to use "File"->"Open" to load the pictures. It's so slow.
If Shutter supports drag and drop pictures directly, it will be better.
I expect to see this feature in Shutter 0.85. Thanks.
