Bug Description
Windows Vista SP1 ~ Build 6001
DC++ version 0.7091
Usual Network speed: ~ 1500 mb/s
tested using speedtest.net
Behavior:
Large files (> 500MiB) download at the expected speed for ~ 5minutes then speed dramatically slows to < 1000 bps
Expected Behavior:
Constand download speed during full period of downloading.
Slow speeds experienced on both upload and download connections. Passive and Active connections affected.
P.S. Another local client (version: 0.699) also experiences slow transfer rate
