Please sync lp-solve 5.5.0.13-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The Ubuntu changes I had previously made have been merged into the Debian
version and are no longer needed.

lp-solve (5.5.0.13-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * rebuild with suitesparse 1:3.2.0-2 to only get a dep on libcolamd-3.2.0
  * upload to unstable
