I backported 6.1 for my own use; you're welcome to test the packages. This is a backport without any modifications to the source package that I pulled from jaunty. I did have some issues with the upgrade mostly related to libirt networking stuff which I've decided to not use anyway.

Marking Won't Fix. Intrepid is about to be End-of-Lifed. Please upgrade to Ubuntu 9.04 or the upcoming 10.04 release.
