Cached mail not deleted when account deleted

Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
To reproduce:
1) Set up a mail account and download the mail
2) Delete the account
3) Notice, that .evolution/mail still contains all mail in the deleted account.
Also, if you recreate the account (even with different name) it finds the cached mail.
Tested on Evolution 2.24.3 on Intrepid and a IMAP account.
