RM: bmpx -- RoM; unmaintained upstream, uses outdated libraries

BMPx seems unmaintained, as presented at debian:

I would like to also request the removal of the bmpx package from Ubuntu jaunty.

bmpx has no r(build)depends.

pidgin-mpris has on rdepends on bpmx. Not removing at this time.

Turns out, this is a Recommends, not a Depends. Script output did not make that difference. I'll process this shortly.
