Bug Description
Binary package hint: zope3
The boot script /etc/init.d/zope3 has this helpful line:

echo "Usage: /etc/init.
exit 1
However, "force-reload" is not an option:
force-reload)
echo "Zope$ZVER doesn't support force-reload, use restart instead."
This from the version zope3-3.3.1.
