Bug Description
affects bzr
the custom log specifiers that plugins can register currently don't
receive any information about what options "bzr log" was run with. In
particular, there is no way to see if the user specified --show-ids.
bzr-rebase stores a revid in a "rebase-of" revision property; it would
be nice if that could be shown if --show-ids was specified.
