0.4.0.4 - date format inconsistant between picker and entries

The date picker at the bottom respects the current locale format for date time - in my case DD/MM/YYYY
however, the rows of transactions are in MM/DD/YYYY - needless to say this is very confusing near the beginning of the year and the beginning of the month too :)

Thanks for the report Rex, I figured this was inconsistent for some people but I was just waiting for someone to mention it before devoting time to it :)

I'll target this for the 0.5 release which is due out at the end of the month.

Very sorry to defer this again and that it isn't fixed yet! I haven't had enough time to focus on wxBanker as I would have desired. Hopefully I can get this out in a 0.6 point release.

Another thing on date format is that some locales (like ru_RU) have Monday as first day of the week, but calendar in wxBanker does not respect that yet.
