Letter link shows up when security prevents listing

As staff1, I made a community "Staff One" and made it private. It was the only community starting with the letter S.

As staff2, I went to /communities. The "S" was underlined as a hyperlink. I clicked it and saw nothing.

Ditto for affiliate1.

This might be another Invalid if this is the correct behavior.

Indeed. The letter links are not limited by security filter.

I will change the UAT docs to explain that letter link filtering doesn't include security filtering. Marking as Invalid.
