Quick search textbox should be moved to the right

Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

As usual quick search textbox, this one should be placed at the right side of toolbar. It is far more usual than to be between other buttons in the middle of the toolbar.

I think the current placement violates HIG because it really confuses users.
