Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Ubuntu Jaunty alpha 5

1. Advance to the "Prepare disk space" step.
2. Choose "Specify partitions manually (advanced)".

What happens: The after chart shows "Specify partitions manually (advanced) 100%", as if it is a type of partition.
What should happen: The after chart is greyed out, as the partitioning is no longer being specified at this step.

Would this be sufficient or is there more I should do to make the bar looked grayed out?

That's better, but the presence of the reflection still makes it look rather active. Unless it's easy to get rid of the reflection, and to grey out the chart by making it semitransparent, I suggest just hiding it altogether whenever "Specify partitions manually" is chosen.

The kde frontend also needs to be looked at. On cd image 20090305 the take over this hd is still grey.

It looks as if the system is blanking the driver rather than putting something on it.

I think this can be considered fixed now. The bar is not shown until the screen after choosing manual partitioning.
