Panels only appear when Compiz Cube is rotated

Bug Description

Whenever I login, I need to rotate the Compiz Cube in order for my gnome-panel at the top to appear. I've attached my Compiz settings just in case something in there might be causing this. I'm running the latest updates on Jaunty as of 3/2/09 at 10am EST. It started a day or two ago (not quite sure).

I'm going to play with Nautilus, gnome-panel, and Compiz settings to see if anything fixes this, but I can't think of any relevant settings.

I disabled Desktop Cube and Rotate Cube and then enabled Desktop Wall. Logged out and logged back in, panels showed up fine. I used the same desktop size (4 wide, 1 high, 1 desktop). I'm liking the wall more than I liked the cube before anyway. Kinda miss the mouse rotate though.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

Sorry it's taken so long to respond. With the latest Karmic updates, it's perfectly fine.
