IE7 style issues on LiveSearch and others

Bug Description
IE rendering fixes needed:
1) The LiveSearch box's width and "GO" button are not aligned anywhere close to the same as FF and Safari.
2) There is a stray blue underline, just underneath and between the PEOPLE and TAGS tabs.
3) The tagbox styling needs help. The <input> box is positioned below the tag bubbles and the Add button. Also, the margin-left is too far, causing the input box to be 100 px indented within the fieldset.
4) When doing LiveSearch on IE7, clicking outside the box or pressing escape fails to dismiss the box.
