[jaunty] package python-logilab-common 0.36.1-1 failed to upgrade

When upgrading from Intrepid to Jaunty alpha, via 'update-manager -d'.

The relevant error appears to be (when running dpkg --configure -a, immediately after update-manager completes to error):
