Bug Description

after apt-get install elinks, trying to run it it does not start, complaining:
ld.so.1: elinks: fatal: libruby1.8.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed

This is due to libruby1.8 not being installed, which should have happened automatically.
Manualliy installing libruby1.8 and voila: elinks starts to work.

Reference ubunto elinks package does depend on libruby1.8
