Bug Description
Moving the mousewheel too fast ends up causing horizontal motion.
In most apps (synaptic, file browser, etc) this typically would move the horizontal slider in addition to the expected vertical movement, which is a bit disorienting. In Firefox, it ends up triggering a back or forward action while browsing a page, which is _really_ disorienting.
