UVF exception request

Request UVF exception to sync the latest version of petsc (2.3.0-3) from debian unstable. I have verified that the package builds on dapper.

Upgrading this package is necessary for illuminator to build. Binary packages from illuminator are currently on the unmet deps list.

Daniel, I wasn't sure what to make a diffstat of. I tried to diffstat the changelogs, but I couldn't get diffstat to generate anything useful (it kept saying nothing had changed). I finally decided that maybe you wanted a list of what had changed between the packages, so I did a diffstat of the debdiff. If this isn't what you are looking for, I'll need some more instruction on how to generate the right info.
