Amarok cannot start

Binary package hint: amarok

Hi,

I cannot start amarok, I can see only amarok's "start screen", and in consloe I see error message similar to this:

now ( with latest updates ) I can start amarok, but I cannot play any song ( mp3 / ogg ):

ok, with latest updates kamarok starts ok. Tested today.

But there is another issue with playing music:

Amarok is unable to play any files ogg/mp3.

Yeah, that would really be a separate issue.

I would recommend, though, using the xine Phonon backend. (sudo apt-get install phonon-backend-xine, then change the backend in the multimedia section of system settings)
