panel applets not set up quite right in UNR

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-netbook-remix

1. Install Jaunty Alpha 5 from the image
2. Install all of the updates
3. Switch from UNR mode to desktop mode

Result:
The top panel is not laid out quite right:
1. The FUSA applet should be all the way to the right
2. There should be no shutdown applet

I forgot to mention, this is on an eeePC 900A, us model

Using the above system, I was able to recreate this bug.

That's quite old; report with newer active version if needed
