Do away with email confirmation

Bug Description

Currently Jisko asks the user to confirm her email by sending an confirmation URL to her email after she registers. Till the user does that, her status is "nc" and she cant access the site.

If the mail goes to spam folder or the user doesnt check her email, then we will be loosing lot of registered users from successfully using the site.

So please do away with the confirmation email or give an option in config to overide it and get the user confirmed and logged in as soon she registers but sends an welcome email.
