shipit.ubuntu.org has a size=20 limit on the name field

https://shipit.ubuntu.com/myrequest has a limit="20" attribute/value on the Name: field, I was able to register with my full name in the launchpad system (which is >20 characters). But I can't enter my full name in the shipit system.

Please increase the limit to however high it can be and still fit on your standard shipment packaages, and if it's already at that limit please inform users of that on the page (e.g. by popping up a JS window saying that the field can't exceed this amount due to whatever reasons)

This is a shipit bug; apologies for the misconfiguration -- shipit does indeed use Malone.

You filed that bug on the Ubuntu distribution, you want to use https://launchpad.net/products/shipit/+bugs (which was broken Christian comment was about it beeing fixed now) for it

Anybody gonna fix this bug? It is very annoying and more and more people are complaining about it.

This is a limitation that the shipping company Canonical uses has; there's nothing the software can do to alleviate this.
