Bug Description
In breezy package do
links https:/
and you get
This version of Links does not contain SSL/TLS support
Links web page claims "SSL support since version 0.94." so i guess that is a packaging problem?

For that, there's a links-ssl package, which just pulls in elinks due to licensing problems with links built with SSL support.
