Bug Description

librsvg does not work with UTF-8 filenames

patch is available here http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-ports-bugs/2009-January/156662.html

you like to have it so in 8.04, to make 8.04 full mediawiki usable :)

hope the fix is so small that it could be done very fast

I compiled r1208 and it works fine, maybe somebody could the the version
