Bug Description

I added some code throughout the server file which is currently commented out. This code basically just reports to the database when a machine acknowledges its existence on the network. The goal is to have this happen whenever a successful communication with a client occurs. I tried to find where these locations were, but were unsure exactly where to retrieve the required parameters: machine_id, and ip_address. I am not sure this information is stored in your client objects. This information should be maintained by the client itself, and also probably listed in the client objects on the server as well. It would be great if these functions could be uncommented and given the correct parameters.

Anything which you think I placed in a bad place can be moved. Also, any place which a client speaks to the server which I missed should also have these calls. It isn't important to overdue it, but at least once for every main client conversation would be nice.
