retargetting a blueprint keeps failing - assigning to existing project, not new one

two separate LOSA's, firefox restart, cache clear. still can't make this happen :-)
basically the retarget "gets it wrong", and tries to retarget to the existing project. The new project being targetted being 'ubuntu'. Have tried manual setting, and through the search picker. no joy.
"There is already a blueprint with this name for Ubuntu Drupal Development. Please change the name of this blueprint and try again."
