Bug Description
A function for machines to report in to acknowledge their status is needed. The database has capabilities to save timestamps per machine but no function is available for machines to report in. The uusDBHelper has a skeleton ready but needs code. A function then needs to be added to uusDBConnector to give the backend access, the commit should be performed in the connector.
The goal is to allow clients to report to the server their machine_id and ip_address. Once the server receives the information the database will check to make sure the ip address is up to date. The time will then be updated.

updateClientStatus and retrieveClientS tatusInfo functions have now been added to the uusDBConnector. updateClientStatus modifies database entries on a single machine basis, where retrieveClientS tatusInfo returns all machines known by the database.
