Bug Description

On IE, the login screen is misaligned. The username box indents to the left and the username label appears above the text box, rather than on the same line. Note: in Firefox, the login screen appears as expected.

Changing back to New.

I just tested on IE6, using carlos, and couldn't reproduce the problem. Mike, if you can't either, assign back to Nat for a screenshot. (Might be a caching issue, Nat, can you clear your browse cache?)

The only thing that I could find is that the width of the .portalMessage was different in Internet Explorer 7. I have added a style to the IE-only stylesheet to correct this. I also noted some top padding above .portalMessage that was only present in Firefox and have removed this as well. Fix committed in rev. 1807.
