Bug Description
The current upload and repository path mechanism already support named PPAs, however it should be revised before it goes live.
One important detail that has to be thought is the fact that we are going to keep the repository compatibility links [1] in place indefinitely and for doing that we need to blacklist PPAs named 'ubuntu'.
