Bug Description

When surfing for example
www.thedailyshow.com or http://www.thedailyshow.com/full-episodes
the window where the flash should be either gets all white, all black or does not show at all.
Console Output is this:

(firefox:1239): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_hash_table_remove_internal: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed
*** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_URLNotify() invoke: Connection closed
*** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_HandleEvent() invoke: Connection closed
*** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_HandleEvent() invoke: Connection closed
....
.....
......

This bug also occurs sometimes on www.gamespot.com when watching a movie, or randomly on youtube, especially when i have multiple youtube windows open.
It works fine on 32bit Ubuntu (in vmware)

Camille,

I don't think this issue is a duplicate of bug 262693. In fact this bug says that flashplugin doesn't work on some sites while the bug 262693 says that flash doesn't work (always).
So I think it's wrong marking it as a duplicate bug.

Bug 238606 seemed more appropriate.

I tested the issue with the last stable release (9.10) and all seems to work ok (also the site http://www.thedailyshow.com/full-episodes indicated by the reporter). I discovered many sites that in Hardy didn't work but, I say again, on 9.10 all works ok.

If someone could confirm this I think we should re-open this bug but mark it as "fix released".
