Bug Description
Binary package hint: konsole
Running Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid
konsole version: 4:4.2.0-
After upgrading to the recently-backported konsole from the intrepid-backports repository, the keypad keys no longer behave properly. When at a bash prompt, typing the keypad numbers works as expected, but switching between windows in GNU screen via the keypad (e.g., hitting Ctrl-a followed by keypad-0 to switch to window 0) doesn't work. Also, typing keypad-0 in emacs -nw says "M-O p is undefined".
If I go to Settings -> Edit Current Profile... -> Input and select "Linux console", the keypad works (but has other deficiencies). If I select the "XFree 4" key bindings, hit Edit and remove all of the keypad-related entries, the keypad works as expected.
