unable to mount external hard drive is the Error

There is no package.

I am still using the disc for a live version of Ubuntu. I haven't installed it as a complete operating system without buying a new drive. I won't partion my Raid Array.

DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

It appears that it sees my External HD, but is trying to mount it. Unable to mount FreeAgent Drive. FreeAgent is the name of my External. I assume I can mount it later, but this was my second time using Linux. I'll try and refrain from sending in too many reports.
