Bug Description
My sound on my Inspiron 1525 was working fine on Kubuntu 9.04. I then noticed when I booted up that it said that one of my sound devices was no longer installed when I did not touch my sound system. It was the HDA Intel, ATI HDMI (HDMI Audio Output). I have never used that device on my Dell Inspiron 1525.
Since then my sound will not work at all. I have tried all the choices which include HDA Intel, PulseAudio, and Esound. When I click on test in the system settings all the devices say the same thing, "The audio playback device does not work. Falling back to ."
