Bzr check and upgrade print python object instead of real string representation

bzr check and bzr upgrade print info like this:

checked branch /some/path/to/branch/ format <bzrlib.branch.BzrBranchFormat6 object at 0xb77396cc>

This should be something like bzr info prints:

branch format: Bazaar-NG branch, format 6

I see this in 'bzr check' output, but not 'bzr upgrade'.

Revno 1536 on my branch has a fix for this.
