To solve this problem :
as root, go to /usr/lib/openoffice2/program/

Make a symbolic link on soffice.bin.real
ln -s soffice.bin.real soffice.bin

Openoffice should work then...

No it does not work either:

vincenzo@home:/usr/lib/openoffice2/program$ oowriter2
/usr/lib/openoffice2/program/soffice: line 233: 6021 Segmentation fault "$sd_prog/$sd_binary" "$@"

It segfaults.....

Why do you suggest to try version 2.0.1oob680m5, which causes the same problems described in bugs #32827, #33330, #33456, and # 33729 (these bugs I remembered from the top of my head, maybe I forgot several numbers). There is NO solution, yet, AFAIK

I got the same bug with
Version: 2.0.1oob680m5-0ubuntu2-1

(an example)

skateinmars@drake:~$ oowriter
/usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice: line 233: /usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice.bin: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type
