Link to Network Control Panel missing on localhost

Bug Description
The 'Configure' option is grayed out on the 'Localhost' Connection Properties window. I appreciate you can't configure localhost, but if removes a valuable quick link to the network settings Windows. Even if there are valid, working network adapters on the system, if they dont have an IP they are not shown forcing you to go gnome>system>
