Bug Description

The 'Configure' option is grayed out on the 'Localhost' Connection Properties window. I appreciate you can't configure localhost, but if removes a valuable quick link to the network settings Windows. Even if there are valid, working network adapters on the system, if they dont have an IP they are not shown forcing you to go gnome>system>administration>network to get there instead. I dont think it is of any benifit for the quick link to be disabled on localhost, basically, as if you have no adapters with an IP its probably somewhere you need to visit.
