Bug Description
Binary package hint: startupmanager
Here is a patch that adds a preview button for GRUB backgrounds. It calls xrandr to set the monitor resolution to the GRUB resolution, then unzips and renders the xpm background in an undecorated window, then waits for the escape key to close the window and return the monitor resolution to its original value.
