Convert show-login to newstye forms

Convert to newstyle and ensure:

- Validation errors on fields

- Form message when user information doesn't match: “Login information is incorrect”

- Make a checkbox for remember me. Another box will handle setting the cookie.

- Make the recover password link go to the right URL, and make sure that URL shows notimplemented.

- Have logout link go with a status_message that gets displayed

Added chrism as subscriber so I can ask him a question.

Chris, on login.html, the requirements above mean I need to handle the POST. However, the POST goes to /login which doesn't appear to be inside KARL.

Is there a way I can display any errors, either by handling the POST and sending it to /login (unlikely) or getting any info when redirected back from /login on errors?
