I have a Dell Vostro 1510 and the vertical scrolling don't works

i have this message

dmesg | grep synaptics

[ 12.774606] WARNING: synaptics was reset on resume, see synaptics_resume_reset if you have trouble on resume

There is a deb package with a updated version of synaptics driver.

the debian package don't resolv my problem.

after the update 0.99.3-2ubuntu3 of xserver-xorg-input-synaptics i have always the error but the scrolling works.
