Do you think you can give us some more information, helping us to reproduce this problem? Did you try to install apache2.2-common directly, or was it a dependency from some other package? What method did you use to install these packages?

apache2.2-common is dependency from apache2 package. I install this package with Synaptic.
I don't have previously any apache2* package installed.
