Notification modifications for HellaNZB

What modifications need to be made to the package?

Does it show dialogs with information when you are using it?

Yes, it shows a notification when a new download starts or a download is processed. However this functionality has to be enabled first in the configuration file and libnotify has to be installed

It probably only needs modification if it uses "actions" in the
notifications, or sets a timeout of 0 so that the notification
never disappears.

HellaNZB doesn't use any notifications with actions and only expiring notifications, as I could tell by a simple grep. Giving HellaNZB a try with Hellanzb.LIBNOTIFY_NOTIFY set to True didn't reveal any problems either. The content of the notifications is not particularily pleasing to the eye, but it works as intended.

The bug can therefore be marked as invalid.
