GRUB install crashed when trying to install Ubuntu

Bug Description

I tried to install Windows 7 (unsuccessfully) and after that I had to install Ubuntu again because Grub and the Ubuntu partition got corrupted. At the end of the installation the installer gave me an error that GRUB can not install on "/dev/sda0". Ubuntu did not install.
