Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdepim

Akregator doesn't remember column widths, the last column (usually 'Date') expands while the other columns are compressed. This bug was already present in Intrepid, but there the columns had to be adjusted only once per session. Since Jaunty updated to Qt 4.5, Akregator forgets the column widths even when switching feeds.

kdepim version is 4.2.0-0ubuntu8

I'm also affected. Click on a feed, resize or remove a column in the article list, click on another feed and the columns are back to their default state. Even if you come back to the first feed akregator won't remember the layout you set before.

I am affected as well. Till now columns needed to be adjusted once every few sessions, now however settings reset when moving to the next feed.

It seems that this bug has been fixed, probably in KDE 4.2.1.
