Bug Description

Minor bug : at the beginning of the game (version 0.7.1 full-screen mode), after the arrival cage opening, the windy ambiant sound vanishes after a few seconds. But if you open one of the books, the sound gets back and stays.

This actually required a bit more work for the CD edition. Fix for that committed in r111.
