Bug Description
The notification title should wrap up to three lines if it's too long to fit on one line. Titles that are longer than three lines should be truncated with ellipsis at the end of the third line.
Steps to reproduce:
notify-send "This is a really long title, but it should wrap over three lines then be truncated. The exact point of truncation would depend on the font but nevertheless it should wrap-and-truncate over three lines."
Result: The title takes a single line and is truncated, like "This is a very long title, b..."

I think, that the size of notification bubble is a big issue for nearly all existing notification systems for linux. It will be great ho have a possibility (maybe somewhere in gconf) to manually set the maximal size of notification bubble, both in terms of title size and a message size. Maybe it should be reported as a separate bug.
